WordCamp Iloilo’s\u00a0General Admission Tickets<\/strong>\u00a0are available right now. For only\u00a0\u20b1500.00 ($9.50),\u00a0your WordCamp ticket gives you access to all sessions of WordCamp Iloilo 2018,\u00a0happening August 25, 2018 at the Iloilo Convention Center<\/strong>.\u00a0It also includes snacks, coffee, doughnuts, lunch, an after party on Saturday evening, and swags from WordCamp and our sponsors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Basic Terms:<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. For community-building and promotional purposes, there will be volunteer and\/or professional photographers and videographers at WordCamp Iloilo. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you consent to your image being used in resulting photos or videos that may show your participation in the WordCamp.<\/li>\n
  2. It is mandatory to carry the copy of the email sent to you after successful payment. It must be DIGITAL (on your phone\/tablet\/laptop)\u00a0NO<\/em>\u00a0physical print-out (re-think | Save environment). As a security measure, we advise you to carry a valid identity.<\/li>\n
  3. In case, due to any technicality, if you have not received the email; we will send a reminder email &\/or SMS on the day of the event prior to registration time for easy access. Further, if your name is displayed on the\u00a0Attendees<\/a>\u00a0page, we will consider it valid.<\/li>\n
  4. Issued Tickets are\u00a0Non-Refundable<\/strong>\u00a0but transferable (Do contact us at least a week before the conference, shirt sizes and\/or printed badges might not be changed).<\/li>\n
  5. The right of admission reserved by the Event &\/or Venue Management<\/li>\n
  6. By submitting the form, you are approving WordCamp Iloilo 2018 to send relevant email & SMS communication in regards to the event & ticketing.<\/li>\n
  7. By submitting the form, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the \u2018Code-of-Conduct<\/a>\u2018.<\/li>\n
  8. The Event ID may contain a QR Code which will have the following info: First Name, Last Name, Twitter (if mentioned), Website URL (if mentioned).<\/li>\n
